Meet Samina
Welcome — I am so glad you are here!
Life can leave us carrying wounds, questions, and experiences that shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us. Sometimes we become so focused on surviving that we lose connection with who we are, with the ones we love, what matters to us, and the hope we once carried.
At LiveWell Counseling, I believe you are not defined by what has happened to you. Your experiences are part of your story, but they do not determine your worth, your identity, or your future. My passion is helping people heal from past wounds, understand themselves more deeply, and rediscover the hope, purpose, and connection that make life meaningful. Together, we can explore your story with compassion, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create space for growth and transformation.
I work with women, individuals, and couples who are navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, difficult family dynamics, grief, trauma, life transitions, boundaries, identity, and self-worth. My approach is warm, compassionate, and relational. I want therapy to be a place where you can take off the “everything is fine” mask and explore what is really happening beneath the surface.
For individuals, we’ll explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped you while developing practical ways to respond differently in the present. I’m particularly passionate about helping women reconnect with their voice, needs, values, and sense of identity. Together, we can work toward healthier boundaries, greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
I also work with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns of conflict, disconnection, or misunderstanding. Whether you find yourselves having the same argument over and over, struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally distant, or having difficulty feeling heard and understood, couples therapy can provide a space to slow things down and understand what is happening beneath the conflict. My goal is to help couples develop greater emotional safety, compassion, connection, and healthier ways of relating to one another.
I believe meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to be honest, courageous enough to become curious about ourselves, and supported enough to try something new. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and learning how to live and relate in ways that are more consistent with who you want to be.
My hope is that therapy becomes more than a place to solve a problem. I want it to be a place where you can rediscover your voice, feel heard and understood, strengthen your relationships, establish healthier boundaries, and develop a greater sense of who you are and what matters to you.
At LiveWell Counseling, my hope is to walk alongside you as you move from surviving to a life well lived!
