Meet Lindsay

Lindsay Bingaman, LSW, MSW

Lindsay Bingaman PLLC

Lindsay is a licensed social worker with over a decade of combined humanitarian and clinical experience across East Africa, Eastern Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East. That work — often alongside displaced, conflict-affected, and marginalized communities — shapes how she shows up in the therapy room: with humility, cultural curiosity, and a deep respect for the systems and histories that shape each person’s story.

Lindsay splits her time between Colorado and Kenya, and brings that same sense of movement and adaptability to her clinical approach. Rather than fitting clients into one modality, she draws from a toolbox that includes EMDR, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, parts work, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic approaches, and narrative therapy — meeting each person where they are and building a path forward together.

She especially loves working with women navigating major life transitions who are ready to step into their power, as well as refugees, humanitarian workers, expats, and other internationally mobile or marginalized folks whose experiences don’t always fit neatly into traditional frameworks. Whether clients are processing trauma, untangling old patterns, or figuring out who they’re becoming next, Lindsay walks alongside them — grounded, curious, and without judgment.
